real estate in the following sectors: office,
industrial, shopping center, retail, hospitality,
and vacant land. Some of the commercial properties
are purchased to hold as investments in their
portfolio, while other acquisitions are made for
development or renovation. Each commercial real
estate investment is executed with a long-term
holding strategy.
