Currently, Belray has four commercial projects under contract, which are all in the due diligence process. These commercial projects, all located throughout the tri-state region, range from retail use, office use, mixed use, and hospitality. Due to Belray’s core principles, Belray keeps all information confidential while their transactions are in due diligence periods. Belray takes a conservative approach on their analytical analysis of each deal.
